4. In-Game Purchases (If Any)

• Transactions made through the in-game store (PUS/donation/purchase) are treated as digital services.
• Purchased digital goods may not be refundable.
• In-game purchases are not refunded for accounts banned for cheating or rule violations.

5. Service Interruptions

Temporary interruptions may occur due to server maintenance, updates or technical problems. AzrailKO does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
