These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to azrailko.com.tr (the “Site”) and to all users (the “User”)
of the AzrailKO game services (the “Service”). By registering on the Site, logging in or using the services,
you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
AzrailKO provides online game services, in-game events, user account management and support services.
The scope of the services may be updated over time.
2. Account and Security
- The User is responsible for keeping their account details confidential.
- All actions performed through the account are the User's responsibility.
- In case of a suspicious login or a stolen account, the support team must be contacted.
3. Rules of Use
The User agrees not to engage in the following:
- Using cheats, exploits, bug abuse, third-party software, bots, macros, KOXP and similar tools
- Abusing system vulnerabilities in a way that disrupts the game
- Attempting attacks that harm the server (DDoS and similar)
- Harassing other players; using profanity, insults, threats or hate speech
- Selling, transferring, renting or trading accounts
- Committing fraud in in-game currency or item trades
- Posting unauthorised advertising, spam or links
Breaching these rules may result in a warning, a temporary ban or a permanent ban.
4. In-Game Purchases (If Any)
- Transactions made through the in-game store (PUS/donation/purchase) are treated as digital services.
- Purchased digital goods may not be refundable.
- In-game purchases are not refunded for accounts banned for cheating or rule violations.
5. Service Interruptions
Temporary interruptions may occur due to server maintenance, updates or technical problems.
AzrailKO does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Intellectual Property
The site design, logo, content and system infrastructure belong to AzrailKO. They may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
7. Disclaimer
AzrailKO is not liable for losses arising from user-caused mistakes, connection problems or third-party software.
8. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated when necessary. Updates take effect from the date they are published on the site.
